Ans. Once you register and provide your information for submission, we will respond (within 1 business day) regarding which service you may need.
Q2. Will ProSe Legally tell me which forms I need prepared?
Ans. Yes, we will tell you exactly which forms you may need. However, if you want to complete them yourself, we can not help you to do that.
Q3. When will I have to pay?
Ans. You don’t pay until we respond to your initial request. Once we provide you with the initial information you requested, you will have to pay for our service if you decide to use it.
Q4. Once I order services online, can I make changes?
Ans. Yes, you will set up an account once you register. From that account you will be able to go in and check the status or make revisions. However, there may be additional costs for changes.

Ans. Yes. We assure 100% guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with the result, we will attempt to rectify it or give you a refund.
Q6. How do I know if I need an attorney?
Ans. You will have to consult with an attorney in your area to determine if you particular issue requires an attorney. Some legal matters should be handled by a licensed attorney, with a specialty in that area.

Ans. We have a contractual relationship with attorneys who are available for representation. However, these attorneys charge for consultation and representation.

Ans. We may retrieve and file documents in other venues depending at your request.

Ans. Yes, we have all of our staff sign a Privacy Agreement.
